After organizing and designing the identity of the Democracy Works union in 2021, I’ve continued working with The NewsGuild and The Communications Workers of America. Providing brand identity and web design support for rising unions across the country, there will be much more to come as organizers get ready to launch campaigns in spring 2022.
For now, below you’ll see the brand identity process of forming the Democracy Workers Collective, CWA Local 31222. Launched in June of 2021, the DWC has received voluntary recognition and is currently in bargaining negotiations to help inspire a true democracy at our workplace.
